tension band

bands can be used for both upper and lower body training. on the hands/arms for shoulder and arm strength or on the ankles & thighs for leg and glute work.

pilates ring

the pilates ring helps you get deeper into the toning and strengthening exercises. it can be used for both upper & lower body pilates exercises.

glider

the glider introduces a balance and stability challenge to every movement, which forces engagement in core muscles and results in your increased abdominal strength.

yoga block

the block is often used as an extension of the arm and can also support the back, head and hips to help the body settle into a pose. 

pilates ball

the pilates ball brings instability to our movements which allows us to activate deep stabilizing muscles, firing up the core and helping us keep our form.
