our signature class is a fusion of high intensity, low impact movement and mindful Pilates strengthening efforts set to fresh, invigorating and emotion driven music. together we will elevate the vibration of your energy with a vigorous workout for your mind, body and soul. full permission to feel vulnerable in this unconventional class, for it’s within vulnerability that we find new strength.

Tone

our BARRE inspired Tone class is designed to help you sculpt a lean body while strengthening functional muscles to help you uncover increased balance and supportive strength. we focus on strengthening a very important asset (glutes), while shedding inhibitions and distractions of outside expectations. this class is fuelled by fresh beats that keep you moving right past that beautiful BARRE burn and into new strength.

Pilates Cardio

this class is a challenging, full body, high intensity interval training (HIIT) + Pilates based workout designed to create a stronger core system, long lean muscle strength, improve your cardio and cleanse your soul. our time together will help you unblock whatever is weighing you down, encourage an open heart and more energized self.

our yoga inspired Flow classes are designed to help you rinse out old beliefs and create space in the mind to feel grounded, present, and powerful in your life. you will sweat, strengthen and lengthen during our time together, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and in a calmer state of mind. this is an opportunity to tune in and listen to what you need in this moment.

Tight Sweat

this high energy, sweat dripping, heart pounding interval training HIIT class is designed to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, build lean muscle and get results fast. our time together is just the self love you deserve and will help you regain a fresh perspective on your ability to move more freely. modifications provided so all levels can maximize this time together.

Lift

our Lift workouts are designed to build muscle and strength. this total body workout is focused on lifting heavier weights to counteract our muscles natural decline. these classes are smaller in size and our focus is on proper alignment so you can maximize your efforts. slow down with us and lets build endurance and strength together.
